Excellent recipe. We make ours Kosher style with vegetable broth with a "Not-Chicken" bouillon cube. The brandy could be an interesting option and I might have to sneak it in the next time we make it. Happy Holidays!

Thanks David! Do you use something else in place of alcohol? I know some use white wine instead of brand.

I have tried both, and preferred brandy!
